Nestled in an idyllic forest in Dorset, a sauna and plunge experience awaits...

The Forest Sauna

Completely private and far from the madding crowd, The Forest Sauna and Plunge offers space to relax and unwind in nature, whilst enjoying the countless benefits of traditional, wood-fired sauna and cold water therapy.

With a panoramic picture-window looking out to the forest beyond, the flickering flames of the fire and steam rising from the stove (known as löyly to the Finnish), the whole experience is wonderfully nurturing for the mind, body and soul.

Private Sauna

Book a private solo, couple or group experience for up to eight, and get the sauna, plunge and jungle shower all to yourselves for 65 minutes.

You can expect to leave this little slice of forest paradise feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Communal Sauna

Join us on the first Monday of the month for our Communal Sauna. Share the warmth and meet other sauna enthusiasts!
